The hotel staff were super friendly, and there was a poolside bar. the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. the in-house restaurant served outstanding dishes at reasonable prices.

We were given newly renovated, large room with nice view. The property's location was good and unbeatable, pathetic in nature. What's more, it was near to two malls, the creek and the shopping mall and shops.

The property was lovely quiet and well-maintained, I 100% recommend!

The property was modern and great value. the staff were respectful and assisted us promptly in every request. - the hotel is set in a central area right by the town centre and main malls.

The location was beautiful and incredible for Ras al-Khaimah, just next door to the restaurant and the beach of the Hilton resort and spa, which is about 10 minutes by car away and a convenient mall. The room I had was huge and wonderful with comfortable beds as well as bathtub.

It was modern and exceptional hotel and we had a really nice stay. The local staff was attentive. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements, recommend it.

The pool is super cool, and the kids loved it! Breakfast was mind-blowing with a great variety of food. The room was spacious, with a big bed and excellent service from the friendly staff. The location is jaw-dropping, and the free shuttle to the beach was a bonus. The garden was great, and the staff was super helpful, especially with special food requests. A hotel I would definitely recommend and return to!

Relaxing and impressive rooms with good views. A work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV were convenient

The poolside bar serves refreshing carbonated drinks, and the breakfast offers a delicious variety of hot and cold dishes, all accompanied by exceptional service.

I was upgraded to a spacious double room with comfortable beds.

On the beach, which had extra cost, when we went they had run out of towels, incredible but real.

The breakfast was very copious but the quality/price ratio was not interesting, too expensive.

Quiet. Good location. Not far from the mall ... and shops ... Royal staff... everything you need... I like small hotels, not too crowded... Not huge factories... This one's perfect...

No shuttle busses to the city centre... No beach. I'm thinking how there's no beach... Invest in a small sauna or hammam in the hotel for free... Would be the best...

Everything. Reception, location, cleanliness of the room and whole establishment, swimming pool, breakfast, everything was perfect. kindness and professionalism of all the staff is to be underlined. Late check-out possible.
